TurnOnTech has announced the launch of TurnOnTech Live, a new live chat application for companies seeking to streamline sales and customer service support and increase sales. "This product is very consistent with our company's mission, which is to help our clients to save time and money, and increase revenues," said TurnOnTech CEO Aphissada "Demi" Demikul.
The new SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) application is very lightweight, fast, and quick to deploy.
On the client or visitor end, it stays at the corner of the browser, out of the way, and persists as the customer clicks from page to page within the website.
On the agent side, sales and support reps get a user-friendly interface where they can monitor the visitors' operating system, browser, and country of origin, as well as see where the visitor is within the website real-time. The system identifies the visitors on return visits, and stores all the conversations for later reference and review. It also runs general metrics on all visits, conversations, and page views.
Two other very useful dashboard features are the shortcuts and Smart Responder. Shortcuts allow users with the permission to do so can save frequently used answers and responses that can be accessed by a few characters and a quick point and click or arrow-enter. The Smart Responder feature dynamically builds a library of queries and responses and auto-suggests possible responses based on visitor queries or comments. These and other features can drastically improve response times and the number of leads and customers that can be handled by an agent.
